I'm Tyler Hummel, a Babson College student concentrating in accounting, currently between my junior and senior year. I'm building this site as part of an AI Web Design class because designing with AI feels like one of the most practical skills to pick up right now.
My experience with web design is somewhere between beginner and intermediate — I've built one site before and I'm currently designing a piece of custom software.
For my AI Web Design class I wrote a basic HTML page by hand
(hello.html), then used AI to clean it up and restyle it
(about-me.html). Toggle between the two versions to see
the difference.

For this class, I'm putting together a simple website for a family member. Outside of class, my main project is back-office management software for accounting and inventory tracking for one of my clients.
After graduation I'm planning to go into accounting — ideally a path where the technical side of building tools and the financial side of running a business meet.
